If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. If your package is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue and ensure it’s resolved promptly.

If you notice any issues with your order, whether it’s a product defect or a shipping problem, please submit a problem report via our Contact Us page or email info@heraldsofourpassion.ca. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Returned items are sent to our fulfillment partner’s facility. You’ll receive an automated email notification when a return is processed. If the returned items remain unclaimed after 30 days, they will be donated to charity.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item once we confirm an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs if you want the package sent again. Unclaimed items that remain unaddressed for 30 days may be donated to charity.

Refunds are only issued for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or size-related issues.
